Please note that the only purpose of filling out Form 01-339 is
to claim your purchase is for resale and non-taxable. You don’t
need to apply for a Texas tax number in order to purchase from
us. Once we have your signed form on file, you don't need to
send it again for your future purchases.
If you have a tax number from another state, you will still need
to fill out this form. There is a field in the form for you to
enter your out-of-state tax number.
Please fax the documents to 409.866.1120. You can choose to
send electronic copies of the documentation through email if you
have a scanner. Or you can send them through regular mail.
We will approve your account upon receiving the above
documentation. If your fax arrives during non-business hours,
we will approve your account the next business day. This is a
manual process so please be patient. When we approve your
account, we will send you an email to notify you.
